At Tripple B King Global, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. Because we are a multi-vendor platform, each vendor may have individual return policies. However, the following general return and refund guidelines apply to all transactions made through our platform.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 to 14 days of delivery (as specified by the vendor).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.
Return requests must include a valid reason and proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, contact the seller directly via your Tripple B King Global account or email our support team.
Exchange availability is subject to product stock.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or return shipping fee, based on the vendor’s policy.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards.
Items returned after the return window.
Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
Vendor-Specific Policies
Since Tripple B King Global is a marketplace with third-party vendors:
Each vendor may set specific return conditions.
Please check the product page for vendor-specific return and refund details.
If a vendor does not respond to a return request within 3 business days, Tripple B King Global will step in to mediate.
How To Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to “My Orders.”
Click on the order you want to return.
Select “Request Return” and submit the required information.
You will receive return instructions if your request is approved.
